On-Site Quality Checks
ESP’s portable CMM allows our SQEs to perform quality checks on-site during supplier audits as well as anywhere on the floor. The Romer Arm is designed for industries that need to inspect, measure and reverse-engineer parts on the go.
By simply touching the probe and rotating the arm we are able to check parts in a matter of minutes. The software records the measurements and then the data is transmitted into the reporting tool.
Our ESP China facility uses the work instructions written from the print or model to accurately inspect a part before it leaves the country. This increases accuracy and reliability around the world for ESP.
