Gaskets

Gaskets are an essential part of many agricultural products. They help to keep the products running smoothly and prevent costly repairs. The type of gasket used in an agricultural development will depend on the specific application. It is important to choose a gasket made of a suitable material and the correct size for the joint. By using the proper gaskets, farmers can help to keep their equipment running smoothly and prevent costly repairs.

Boots & Bellows

  • Flexible rubber designed to protect equipment from dust, oils, chemicals, and other contaminants
  • High wear, high pressure, and harsh environments

Parker Gask-O-Seals

Gask-O-Seals® are metal, plastic, or composite retainers with a machined groove in the retainer plate into which a custom engineered rubber element is molded. The elastomer seal may be mechanically and/or chemically bonded to create a dependable, responsive seal for flat or curved surfaces. Gask-O-Seals are typically used in applications requiring extreme reliability, longevity, and durability.

Wire Access Blocks

Provide a safe and organized way to connect multiple wires together at a single point

Straps & Bungees

Bungees and straps come in different thicknesses and materials, affecting their strength and stretch capacity. Choose a cord with a strength rating suitable for the intended application.

Silencer Seal

The primary function of silencer seals is to create a gas tight seal between different components within the suppressor. This prevents unsuppressed gas from escaping the suppressor, maximizing noise reduction.

Plugs

These plugs provide a solution-oriented approach to plugging a wide range of openings, ensuring optimal performance and protection across diverse applications.

Grommets

  • Grommets can be designed to create a watertight or dust-tight seal, protecting the surrounding area from external elements.
  • The flange is the flat ring around the grommet that sits on the material. Flange size ensures proper coverage of the hole, while the shape can be round, square, or have custom profiles for specific applications.

Fill Drip Shields

The rubber drip shields can be molded to perfectly fit the container being filled and the funnel or spout used.

Diaphragms

  • Fabric reinforcement: For increased strength and tear resistance, diaphragms can be reinforced with fabrics like nylon or polyester. This is crucial for applications with high pressure differentials.
  • Diaphragms can be customized to a wide range of shapes and sizes depending on the application. This includes simple circular shapes to more complex geometries with flanges, convolutions, or beads.
  • The thickness of the diaphragm will impact its pressure rating, flexibility, and overall performance.
  • Diaphragms can be designed with specific sealing features like grooves or lips to ensure a tight seal against fluids or gases.

Bumper Tip Caps

  • The design and material selection should prioritize dampening impact force and protecting underlying components.
  • Bumpers come in various shapes like round, square, or have custom profiles depending on the application. Size will depend on the amount of force the bumper needs to absorb.
  • Bumpers can have holes, slots, or a threaded insert for easy attachment.
