High-Speed Die, Kiss & Flash Cutting

We have the capability of cutting parts up to 72” wide. Using our Flash Cutting technology, we are also able to cut gaskets without the use of dies or other types of tooling.

Waterjet

Extremely Tight Tolerances
No Concave Edges
No Tooling Expense

Using our water jet we are able to cut a variety of materials in various thicknesses with very tight tolerances. Our cutting bed is 6’ X 10’, allowing us to offer the flexibility to cut materials ranging from the very small to the very large. For waterjet cutting, typical part tolerances range from between 0.003″ and 0.005″ of an inch. For materials over 1 inch thick the machines will produce parts from +/- 0.005 to 0.100 inch (0.12 to 2.5 mm).

Laminating & Spooling

Applies Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA)
Even Weight Distribution

Our Fabrication Department has the ability to laminate pressure sensitive adhesives to various substrates such as sponge, foam and solid elastomers.

Slitting & Stripping

A variety of slitting capabilities that are designed to slit a wide range of materials. These materials include foams, tapes, foils, rubber, non-wovens, textiles, laminates and other materials on rolls with a maximum outside diameter of 23″ on a variety of core sizes. Our slitting capabilities include heavy-duty, automatic, lathe slitting designed to provide dependable, longterm performance.
